It's Been A Long Time -

It has been a long time since I felt the need to post a blog.  I am at that point that inquiring minds want to know if there is some injustice going on involving a man who now sits in the Cullman County Jail with no bond.  I do not dare mention his name as I believe he has gone through enough BS.  It is possible in today's society to set people up?  Is it possible to have people set up?  Is it possible to set someone up if you are high profile and your precious God Child is being hurt in your opinion?  Will you pay for security even if you know there is no threat?  My question is how far will people in power go to hurt someone who may not be a danger to anyone.  I have multiple documents, audio, and video that makes me think I smell some very dirty people.

I do not believe the Department of Justice likes dirty cops, dirty attorneys, dirty judges, sheriffs, or any other law enforcement that believes they are above the law.

We have more here than we did with the previous sheriff of Morgan County.

We are proud to announce that as grim as this story is it does not involve the Cullman County Sheriffs Office and jail.  We believe that the City Police Chief is up to his ears in this mess.  That's what happens when you get comfortable in your position and believe you are above the law.  Why have all the judges in Cullman County recused themselves from this cluster kiss?

"Oh what a tangled web we weave, when we practice to decieve"

Cullman County is so full of Corruption. I actually know this man personally. I have for years. I know his ex wife as well. The injustice,he has had to endure, and flat out lies that have been told about him are absolutely ridiculous. All he ever wanted to do was protect his son.
I have watched this circus go on for over a year now. I sincerely hope you can help him, and I hope you can bring down every person involved in the injustice/ horrible treatment he has received. No one should ever have to go through all of this just because his "ex wife " knows some of the right people. This is not what our Justice System was built on.

I know that this world is very corrupt in some of law enforcement. I believe that Cullman City is one of those places, I am also a firm believer in our law enforcement. This man is on now and has always been on uneven ground. He moved to Cullman because his ex said he had to to see his son. All he has ever wanted was to take care of his son and make him feel loved and save. I have watched this man struggle a long time with this. Cullman City I could never live in because the allow corrupt cops on their force nd turn a blind eye. This man does not need to be in jail. His ex and her current husband need to be in jail. Our justice system needs to be for the good of people, not to do your bidding and play with peoples lives. That is just not right.

The more you know about this account of repeated false arrests, unfair treatment, and blatant targeting of this man, the less faith you have that righteousness ever prevails in such matters. My daily prayer is that no one else I know falls within the radar of people so willing to use their office to exercise the personal vendettas of themselves and their friends... profoundly betraying the public trust.

As someone who has been in a similar situation first hand, it is great to see that the corruption in this county is finally being addressed. Men all over the country face hardships in family court regularly and more often than not there is injustice towards them just based on their gender. I only hope that this message reaches the ears of those who need to hear it, a child belongs with the best of their parents whomever that parent may be and unfortunately in this instance it does not seem or sound like the court has done its proper job and is playing favorites based on personal biases and gender.

I’ve known this INNOCENT man and his godly family since he was 5 years old. He is an HONORABLY discharged marine veteran. His wicked ex-wife was treated like gold by him and his entire. She and her wicked family are the ones deserving prosecution, especially for the abuse of their son! God sees all and His justice is coming like a raging river! I am praying for their souls while there remains time for them to repent. I am praying this web of corruption will be brought to light and justice served.

I hope the bad law enforcement get found out. Taking advantage of your position just because you wear a badge or hold a position is wrong and has gone on long enough. Cullman is ran by a few good ole boys who have each others backs. Maybe 32 years as top cop makes one bias?

This is how our Service Men/Women are treated? Are you kidding me? This man put his life on the line to protect our country, yet he is treated this way by the ones who vow to Serve and Protect? This is not right. Please blow the corruption in this town wide open, and get this man back where he belongs. With his son.

I hope your able to shine a bright light on the dark forces being used to railroad a father to give up on his childs rights to be treated fairly.

I have heard this case for a while now. It’s hard to believe this level of corruption still exists in this country. Sounds like the old ways of handling things I’ve read and heard about in the history books and documentaries. The fact that I have heard enough details of corruption from Cullman outside the state of Alabama has already affected the way I think of the place even never having been there. Why has the Supreme Court not gotten involved by now? This place needs to go under federal investigations.
Who arrests a father and throw them in jail with no bond while they’re in the midst of a child custody battle? That action itself shows favoritism towards the mother’s side, and for what? Cause she has corrupt connections in high places in her little bubble? Stop arresting the poor man constantly based on lies And faulty loyalty to the ex.
