It's quiet so we may not see any October Surprises

Folks, we can only hope for an October surprise in Morgan County but we doubt that will be the case.  We can continue believing that the sheriff will continue spending sheriff's office money until somebody packs her butt up and moves her out.

As crazy as it is, and it is crazy, Ana believes she has done a fantastic job for Morgan County.  If she is charged with criminal offenses she will probably claim what she did in Federal Court.  Your honor, I sure didn't know I wasn't authorized to take inmate food funds.  The order wasn't clear.

Yet, Ana was told by Attorney Shinn and others she was not authorized to take the funds.  Ana has told so many lies it's doubtful that she could tell the truth.  We call that delusional.  Remember delusional?  That is the whistleblower according to Ana.  Crazy woman according to treetrimmer. Handing out smoking cigars.

We make light of all the lies that nobody really believes but it is serious stuff.

"Once a country is habituated to liars, it takes generations to bring the truth back."  --Gore Vidal, writer     (3 Oct 1925-2012)

  4. Wasn't one of Ana Franklin's campaign promises, that she wasn't going to touch the inmate food funds after the Greg Bartlett fiasco? Yet, one of her first questions to attorney Shinn even before she got into office was if she could use the inmate food funds. That should have been a red flag from the start. Not to mention all the other crap she pulled.
