Driving Under the Influence No - Public Intoxication

Folks, it is a sad state of affairs when those who are considered to oversee 911 responses are caught under the influence or shall we say he was charged with public intoxication.   If the whistleblowers or most other citizens were caught driving under the influence, we can assure you we would not get a slap on the hand nor should we.  How much time in jail do you receive if charged with a DUI at the time of arrest?  How much time do you sit in jail at the time of arrest for Public Intoxication?

Mothers Against Drunk Drivers fight hard to keep our children alive.  When people like Charlie McNichols get caught under the influence and he happens to run the entire 911 as director something in Mobile County,  most likely driving his shiny new director's SUV, then it's a bond of $400(!), a release on OR, and thank you kindly, Mr. McNichols.  Later on, you can bet on the case being dismissed.

Charley and Ana have spent a lot of time trying to make us believe that they are splitsville.  Everybody knows better.  Maybe they will spend less time trying to gain access to our company information.

  1. Ana has caused the breakup of many people. She has been detrimental in many relationships. Jody and Bones for example. Jody got tired of Bones servicing Ana. There are many more and also because of her deception other relationships have faltered. Now babies will not have their Daddies because of prison sentences and because of Ana. And then their is Ana and Charlie. Charlie and Steven along with all the others share in that they are all Ana’s ex ? Sad all around? How will Ana’s daughters and their relationships fair when all the prison time is delt out? Sad sad sad. Will Ana be allowed to continue to distroy and mismanage the SO till the end of her term? Or will Chunn take over? I hope Chunn is charged with arresting her.

  2. Will Zivet and Smith escape their fate even though they both are leaving? Zivet left before his crotch grabbing of females got out in the open despite Ana’s cover up. What about thinks he is a Deputy Namey and his rape of an inmate? Will that be covered up? Why are these criminals not getting arrested? Is there no justice anymore?

    1. They get away with it because they agreed to resign... still broke laws and ethical conduct but free to walk away. Just wrong!

  3. Charlie behind a wheel asleep and intoxicated. If that were you or I we would have been charged with a DUI all day long. Medical issues he claims? More like Sarahland issues.

    1. I can't see how drinking is a good idea if he has health issues.

  6. I thought it was automatic DUI, if your drunk with the keys in the vehicle and especially in the drivers seat whether the vehicle is on or off. And by the way...did he get a breathalyzer? Usually the media sometimes gets that info and we hear about. So? Wonder what it was ya reckon?

  7. Was he in his county issued SUV like Ana was when she pulled out in front of the elderly couple in Baldwin County too? I'm sure he was, he drives it everywhere like Ana for personal use. Protocol would be going for alcohol level test within 2 hrs. Did he do this? I doubt it, Ana didn't.
