We're Still Here!

Folks it has been very quiet for the past few weeks.  Everybody wondering what's going on?  We have always been able to share information that we feel you should know.  Unfortunately,  the MCSO employees are scared to death to speak up.  Why?  Our understanding is that the employees who applied for LT were told they must relinquish their phones to the sheriff for inspection to be considered for the position.

The MCSO are some of the lowest paid employees in the state per capita.  They still have to work, they are hardworking and want to be a part of the contribution to the office and see the office through all they have endured over the past 7 1/2 years.

We heard first hand what the sheriff, Bones, Blake, and Powell did to stop the whistleblowers.

Franklin promised it would cost the whistleblower a fortune to stop her.  If Franklin's attempts were to destroy our company, our family, and the whistleblowers as a whole she failed.  We have struggled a lot with the company and the federal audit.  Thank you, Ana.   It has been tough.  We charge no fees for what we do.  We take no contributions.  The only thing we have asked for and receive is credible information.

The hearing in Judge Thompson's courtroom back in April was revealing.  It showed just how desperate Ana and her band of thieves had become to stop us.  We knew they were trying hard to stop us because our sources told us that Billable Barney Lovelace was jumping up and down during the Performance Auto Sales proceedings demanding to know if Glenda Lockhart was the whistleblower.  Billable Barney's behavior during the Bankruptcy proceedings could also be called Grand Standing.

It would be interesting to know just how much money Franklin paid good ole Billable Barney.  That may have to wait a while.  Do attorneys have a fiduciary responsibility to report wrongdoing of their client to the courts?

fiduciary duty is the highest standard of care. The person who has a fiduciary dutyis called the fiduciary, and the person to whom he owes the duty, is typically referred to as the principal or the beneficiary. If an individual breaches the fiduciary duties, he or she would need to account for the ill-gotten profit.

It appears that the attorney does not have a fiduciary responsibility to rat their client out.

No matter what the defendant has done, he is not legally guilty until a prosecutor offers enough evidence to persuade a judge or jury to convict. However, the defense lawyer may not lie to the judge or jury by specifically stating that the defendant did not do something the lawyer knows the defendant did do.

Isn't that interesting.

At this point what difference does it make?  A lot!  The whistleblowers were targeted.  We do not believe we are special in being targeted.  We certainly have not been the only ones that Franklin set her sites on to destroy.  That process continues today.

And we're still here!

I saw a mutual neighbor of ours at the local store (I dont think she new i was her neighbor that lives a few house's down) and she over heard me talking to another person about whats going on at MCSO and how I think Blake is a bully and she tells me " If i really new blake that he is nice and he is trying to do better). haha yea ok . I laughed and walked out I guess he has a majority of his neighbors fooled...not me. Also iv noticed that his mother and father inlaw apparently do everything even his yard work with out them his poor wife would be completely alone with no help at all ! 5. Why is morgan county paying a sheriff who does not come to work. Why is she also paying Bones Wilson excessive overtime. That is your tax dollars paying for criminals to lay low and collect as much money as they can. Just a solid question

    1. Look at all these people’s FB! JP is talking about doing wedding photos. Think you might should wait till you get out of prison? How many of these people still believe Ana has it all handled? Reality check about to be front and center. It’s not the end of life as we know it, just the end of freedom for awhile and never to be in law enforcement again. Ana is not on top anymore and many Sheriffs around the state will have Ana to think for their untimely exit also.
