You don't say ***ALL SUBJECTS ARE INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY IN A COURT OF CRIMINAL LAW**

Blogger Comment:  It seems that the MCSO has made some changes to their FB. We can't tell you how many times we blogged this shortfall on the MCSO FB.  All subjects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of CRIMINAL law.  So why not return all the seized assets that have been taken from the innocent who were not convicted of a criminal offense?

Maybe the dummies that brought the contraband in should have given the contraband to one of the inmates on work release.  That would have been a lot safer.

Wasn't some of the work release inmates coming back to jail after work with e-cigs filled with METH and other contraband?

Agents with the Morgan County Drug Task Force report that two incarcerated inmates in the Morgan County Jail have been charged with attempting to introduce narcotics into the Morgan County Jail. Two outside sources are currently being sought for attempting to supply the narcotics to the inmates.
On March 24th, Agents were advised by jail staff that they had discovered Suboxone strips located in property that had been brought in for inmate Jonathan Harris. The strips had been sewn into the lining of a piece of clothing. Lindsey Casey of Oneonta, AL is suspected to be the source that brought in those narcotics. During that investigation, Agents found that methamphetamine was found in a set of property that was to be given to Inmate Steven Page. The methamphetamine was also sewn into the lining of a piece of clothing. Lena Skelton, of Attalla, AL, is suspected of being the source for the introduction of methamphetamine into the Morgan County Jail. It was also later determined that, both, Skelton and Casey arrived at the jail at the same time to deliver the narcotics.
Jonathan Harris is currently incarcerated on charges of Receiving Stolen Property 1st degree and D.U.I. Steven Page is incarcerated on Federal Charges.
Agents charged Harris with Attempt to Commit Controlled Substance Act-Promoting Prison Contraband 2nd degree. Due to his federal charges, Agents issued a felony warrant for Page for Attempt to Commit Controlled Substance Act-Promoting Prison Contraband 2nd degree to be served once the federal charges have been satisfied. Agents have issued felony warrants for Casey and Skelton for Promoting Prison Contraband 2nd degree. If anyone knows the whereabouts of Casey and Skelton, you are politely asked to contact your local law enforcement agency.

  2. Hell the only reason Ana is saying all subjects are innocent until proven guilty now is because her big ass is a subject. What goes around comes around. Most criminals also get religion when they become subjects.
