What does a Wreck and Performance Auto Sales have in common?

Folks, we understand that Alyssa Franklin crashed the 2012 Black Maxima purchased from Performance Auto Sales.  We were told that nobody sustained injuries.  That is a true blessing.

The accident involved Alyssa's car and two additional vehicles.  Was the vehicle insured?  If so, who will receive the check?  The vehicle was purchased from Performance Auto Sales. Our source who lives in Priceville said the vehicle appeared to be a total loss.

Sheriff Ana Franklin and other relatives also purchased vehicles from Performance Auto Sales.

Sheriff Franklin and her ex-boyfriend Steven Ziaja did a lot of trading with the company that they invested in.

Can you imagine that the Performance Auto Sales was the straw that broke the camels back and revealed corruption to the core of the dealership?

Greg Steenson part owner of the business sold investment packages to Franklin, Ziaja, Bones Wilson, Blake Robinson and multiple others.  The scheme appeared more of a PONZI scheme with more losers than winners.  The only winners appeared to be those that sided with Steenson and played his games while the true owners lost 3.2 million.

The fall out from the Performance Auto Sales will most likely go on for Months to come.  Greg Steenson was the first person arrested for his dirty deed.  Steenson faces multiple felony counts for his criminal activities.  The second to fall was Steven Ziaja who racked up 12 felony counts for his part in the Performance Auto Sales debacle.  Ziaja illegally looked up multiple individuals that purchased vehicles from Performance Auto Sales on the agency sensitive network he works for.

You may hear from others that Ziaja's arrest and charges had nothing to do with Performance Auto Sales.  Ziaja's charges had everything to do with Performance Auto Sales.  One of the individuals Ziaja looked up was an individual that lives/lived in Hillsboro, Alabama, DOB April 10, 1956.  The individual purchased a 2002 red Ford F-150.

The question is why was Ziaja looking these folks up?  Were they delinquent on their vehicle payments? Was Blake Robinson and Steven Ziaja using their law enforcement positions to repossess vehicles for Greg Steenson.  What we do know is that there was a lot of dirty dealings involving Performance Auto Sales.

  1. What a lengthy article that means nothing, first if Alyssa’s car is insured then Performance Auto Sales will get paid off since they are the lienhilder. Of course I am sure the bankruptcy trustee and his attorney are on top of that. And I suspect they can fulfill their duties without any input from Glenda. Second I think there is a pattern of law enforcement using their state databases for Performing Auto Sales. As pointed out by Glenda apparently Ziaja used his for the dealership. Another interesting little point is Ralph Summerford, the court appointed receiver and so called forensic accountant testified on page 76 of his deposition in the Priceville Partners matter that Jerry Knight (close friend of Harold Jeffreys) assistant district attorney used his state computer to track people down for Priceville Partners. Hmmm, seems like we may have a pattern here. Only problem is Steenson wasn’t around when Knight was allegedly breaking the law. Sounds like Jeffreys may have been using some strong arm tactics on all of these people. I encourage your readers Glenda to access Ralph Summerford deposition and verify what I just told you. And we know you will Glenda, because this site is built solely on facts, no lies or opinions. Now as far as a Ponzi scheme, I think you may be on to something Glenda. However, I think the sixty percent owner Harold Jeffreys recruited each and every person and promised them rates of around seventeen percent annually. I am told by an attorney that has spoke to each and every investor that Jeffreys personally ask them for money. The ironic part is, Jeffreys is the only one that ever received interest payments. I think the Ponzi scheme was so Jeffreys could pay himself. Of course Jeffreys testified in a deposition that he “didn’t need to borrow money from anyone”. That’s a lie, Harold Jeffreys is a crook. The truth will come out in the lawsuits that are about to be filed against Jeffreys and family. Glenda we all know you try to cover for Jeffreys, you will find you are on the wrong train.

  3. Damn Buddy, I thought you were already in jail. Sound like you and Booger will be headed to court at about the same time. Add Vinegoni into the mix and that should just about wrap up you three cowards and swindlers.

  4. Not sure who Vinegoni is, but if you are making a swindlers list, please put Harold Jeffreys front and center. He is the one who conned me out of my money. The sad part is he used religion to do it.

    1. Was venegoni mentioned?

  5. How much did he con you out of?! The ONLY person I have heard accuse Jeffreys of anything crooked is Steenson himself.

  6. Then you obviously have only been listening to Jeffreys. Let’s just say over one hundred thousand dollars. How did Steenson con Jeffreys family out of money if he didn’t know them?

  7. Glenda, how come you have never addressed the fact that Harold Jeffreys was made a Morgan County deputy and given a badge and deputy card? Could it be that he wanted that favor in exchange for Ana investing in his business? By the way, this is not Steenson. Keep guessing!!

    2. She posted copies of Jeff and Lynn Layton and it did no good. Maybe she don't have copies of Mr Jeffrey's card to show.

  8. So Jerry Knight used his State computer too look for and check out people for Performance Auto Sales. That would be the same violation that has landed Stephen Ziaja in really hot water. It sounds like Knight may have some serious problems ahead. I can’t imagine that one state employee would get charged for that and another not. I don’t think it’s a good time to be Jerry Knight.

    1. Was he looking for them as part of his duties?

    2. Only if his duties included looking for vehicles that Harold Jeffreys and Ralph summerford were trying to find to Repo. I don’t think that was part of his duties.

    3. Ok. Thought maybe he was looking as part of investigation into Steenson

    4. I am sure that’s what Jerry Knight will say, but my guess is the facts will tell the truth. Could this be why Knight had to leave the DA’s Office?

  9. I know Jeffreys, and I know Steenson. And Steenson is the smoothest, most-polished liar I have ever known. Strangely, I have never known Jeffreys to lie. To me or anyone else. That's Greg's gimmick.

  10. Wait a second, what do you mean "Harold Jeffreys was made a Morgan County deputy?" Since when?! Was he officially sworn in? Or is this just Steven/Ana making a fool of themself?

    1. Sometime in late 2014 or early 2015 Harold Jeffreys was made a morgan county deputy. Not an honoree, a full blown card, badge carrying deputy. Sworn in and all. He insisted on being one before Ana could invest in his little enterprise. He even showed me the badge.

    2. You are so full of shit. Look at the pattern Greg developed over the years. Greg screwed old man Vann out of over 400,000.00 between his first prison term and Performance Auto sales. I just don’t see prison time for Jeffrey’s.

    3. Old man Jeffreys has screwed people out of a lot more than $400,000.00. He has screwed multiple people out of that much a piece. The sad part is he didn’t have too. Jeffreys was so determined to place the blame for his poor judgement on Steenson that he lost all rationale thinking. He has had to keep his wife Judy convinced that he was just a poor little victim. Otherwise there would be hell to pay. Just for kicks let’s assume for a minute that Jeffreys had half a brain in his head and took a different route. He could have sold all of the inventory for retail as opposed to a fire sale, then he could have collected the accounts receivable over the past two years and paid off the investors. Had he taken this route all of the investors could have been paid in full, and Jeffreys could have most of, if not all of his money back. If he had been concerned one little bit about other people he would have met with all the investors and developed a plan to get them paid back. Instead all of the money has been spent on legal fees, and the investors have not been paid. Now what most likely will happen is Jeffreys will be sued in bankruptcy court and by the investors individually. So instead of getting out without losing much money, it looks like Jeffreys could suffer a 5-6 million dollar hit, all because he was so determined to make Steenson the bad guy. The sad part is somehow in his warped mind he thinks he has hurt all these people for the Glory of God. Now before you all start trying to guess this is, let me say this. I am an investor in Priceville Partners and I made my investment because Harold Jeffreys told me he was “underwriting” the loan and I would make 17 percent interest annually. Both of those statements were lies.

  11. Okay, let’s make today an educational one for you. Jeffreys has been deposed in the bankruptcy hearing and again in another lawsuit. He contradicts himself in excess of 170 times in these two depositions. PLEASE, don’t take my word for it, check for yourself. After doing so you will find that the truth is not in Harold Jeffreys. Of course he was under oath both times. Read them, it’s comical.

  12. Wow...Steenson or ziaja talking...sweet. After all who knows all this info. As soon as you mention performance auto sales...no disappointment this sucker comes out to cry wolf. Hilarious. Crawl back under your rock. Don't fight for something you are already a criminal too. Ugh.

  13. I hate to break this to you, but there is only a limited amount of people that actually know the information being posted and commented on here. Ralph Summerford? Are you kidding me? Nobody knows that name! Specific page numbers of lengthy depositions? Hell, the actual depositions (themselves), for that matter! An axe to grind with Not only Jeffreys, but also Jerry Knight? Sounds a lot like Steenson himself or Billable Barney making comments like that. But what do I know? I, personally, don't have access to all of those depositions.

  14. It’s Barney he has a long standing vendetta against Knight.
