Bankruptcy Proceedings

Folks, it is obvious that the Trustee of the debacle Bankruptcy has filed documents as is his duty to the court.  A part of the Trustees job is to review all bankruptcy petitions, look for fraud or red flags, and try to maximize the amount of money the unsecured creditors will get through the proceedings.

Greg Steenson has already admitted his part in the Bankruptcy proceedings that reflects he owes Mr. Jeffreys approximately 3M dollars.  Greg Steenson is also charged with approximately 11 felonies pertaining to his part of the failed business.  Steven Ziaja has been charged with 11 felonies which stems from his part of the failed business.

I am sure if the Trustee finds that Mr. Jeffreys or anybody else should be held accountable for misconduct, misappropriation of funds then he will take the appropriate action and place the responsibility of holding Mr. Jeffreys and any other accountable for their actions.

I have not seen any information to date that leads me to believe that the Jeffreys family is being indicted for crimes.

You can scream, yell, and jump up and down the same way Barney did in the court proceeding all you want.  That is all I have seen to date.  I have chosen not to place 40 or 50 pages of documents on my blog until I am sure of what the outcome is.

My blog is not about the Jeffreys as many of you want to pretend and I would not know anything about the Jeffreys or Priceville Partners, LLC, or Performance Auto Sales, or the Title Marts, had Steven Ziaja and Ana Franklin not invested in the business(s).

Steven Ziaja, Greg Steenson, and Sheriff Ana Franklin are CORRUPT TO THE CORE regardless of what happens to Mr. Jeffreys and his family members.

You can like it or lump it.  I don't care.  Mr. Jeffreys has not been charged with a crime yet so I will leave it at that.  My focus will remain on the dirty dealing of Sheriff Ana Franklin, Greg Steenson, Steven Ziaja, Bones Wilson, Blake Robinson, Justin Powell, and John Vinegoni as is related to law enforcement.

  1. Kudos to you Glenda for supporting Jeffreys. That’s what your suppose to do when someone has you on payroll. However, hers a news flash for you, the trustee has already uncovered the crooked actions of the Jeffreys. It’s all spelled out in detail in the lawsuit. You obviously haven’t read it.

I think this blog was put on notice months ago that the lawsuits were coming against the Jeffreys. You didn’t believe it then. Here’s another prediction for you. Jeffreys will be charged for criminal bankruptcy fraud in the near future. The only possible chance he has is too blame it all on Ben or John Klein. And I guarantee he will try. That’s the cloth he is cut from.

Now tell us Glenda, did you benefit from that inmate food money?

  2. Accusations and proven facts are two completely different things. If it was that cut-and-dried to prove things that someone is accused of, then Ana's big fat ass would have already either been impeached or arrested long ago. Just simply saying something doesn't automatically make it true. Steenson has already been arrested (multiple times). Ziaja has also been arrested. When --or better yet if-- Jeffreys is ever arrested, let me know. My money is on Ana being arrested before Jeffreys.

  3. That may be true, but the accusations in those lawsuits are strong, and seem to be very specific with dates and everything. The attorney didn’t just wake up one morning and say hey I think I will sue JEFFREYS and family, it’s obvious a lot of time went to those lawsuits. Jeffreys is guilty as sin.

  4. This Jeffreys scam sure is getting a lot of attention. Is it because so many people had money taken from them by Harold Jeffreys, or because they enjoy proving Glenda wrong? Just curious.

  5. I wonder how many people are willing to go on public record and specifically claim that Harold Jeffreys himself actually took their money. When their names are known, I mean, and they can't just hide behind a keyboard.

  6. No it’s because the law enforcement scumbags need to deflect the heat in hopes nobody will notice there arrests. Hell arrest Jeffrey’s to get them all.

  7. Without a doubt, every investor in the Priceville Partners/Harold Jefferys scam. I don’t think anybody’s scared of Harold Jefferys.

Do you even know any of the "investors?" Aside from Ana and Booger, that is. It just sounds to me like an awful lot of BS from somebody that doesn't even know what they're talking about.

    1. Ana,
      Booger as you call him
      Steenson
      Chad Masterson
      Dwight Masterson
      Patrick Walker
      Malcolm Walker
      Robert Burton
      Alyssa Franklin
      Jason Bowling
      Reggie Sharp
I could go on, but you get the picture.

By the way, all of these names are on the bankruptcy filing. One quick google search and you can get them.

  9. You can’t help but wonder how many times a day Jeffreys wishes he had been sensible and closed down his car lot, and title max the correct way. Why didn’t he just close them down, collect the money, pay his investors and keep the remainder. Then his scam would have never been uncovered. He could have blamed Ana, Ziaja, and Steenson and everybody would have believed him, because after all he is Harold Jeffreys.

Instead he was so determined to get Stinson, Ana and Ziaja that he became delusional and lost all focus of his misdeeds. He has surely spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on attorneys and so called experts, and that all worked to get Steenson arrested, but now you have to ask yourself was it worth it. His whole family has been sued for fraud, embezzlement and other things, everybody in town thinks he is a scam artist, and it’s very likely he will be charged criminally along with other family members. It’s seems to me that at some point you go into damage control and say I screwed up.

But, what do I know, I am just a former employee who is still hoping to get my money back.

Tell us Harold, was your way worth the disgrace you have brought your family?

  10. Thanks for posting, Alyssa!

  11. I didn't ask who all Google search turned up as investors. I wondered how many of those people are willing to go on public record and specifically claim that Harold Jeffreys himself actually took their money. When their names are known.

  12. Also, Steenson's name should not appear anywhere on that list, as he never "invested" in or contributed a single dime to that business. The only part of it he ever owned was freely given to him by none other than Harold Jeffreys himself.

    1. Harold Jeffreys has never given anybody anything unless there was many strings attached. You just haven’t got your bill yet Glenda. It’s coming.

  13. And again I say all of them. People don’t like being beat out of their money.

  14. Damn, dude, if I didn't know better, I would swear somebody has declared a jihad on Harold Jeffreys. Not just your typical, run-of-the-mill vendetta, mind you, but a full-on holy war! I would hate to even imagine what it is that you perceive Jeffreys has done to you. It just seems to me that if he was that corrupt and that crooked and that big of a thief, then surely he would have already been arrested by now. Yet all I've heard so far is ramblings/rumblings of some kinda bankruptcy lawsuit.

    1. Couldn't agree with you more! It is obvious this is someone who lost money, an employee, arrested or going to be arrested. Whoever it is seeks revenge, but does not want to be accountable for their actions and face the consequences. No, they want to shift blame to others so they feel better. It is always someone else's fault because they got caught.

    2. Where in the world did that analogy come from? Here’s the deal, Glenda and her flock of no goods have been bashing every person they can for the past three years, but you let a whole family of the miserable shmucks she runs with get in trouble and she fails to report that. A large portion of her blog has been built on the fine upstanding Jeffreys. Now they have been exposed for the dirt they really are and Glenda doesn’t want to report it. She is up to her elbows with these clowns and they have been caught. That’s the bottom line, and until she admits that she will continue to get hammered in the comments. Of course I guess she could stop the comments like she has before. That’s real mature, if the masses don’t agree with you just silence them.

  15. I said it before, and I'll say it again.

    1. Glenda, I would hold up on calling people fat. When I saw that picture of you in The New York Times I thought there had been a big foot sighting in Falkville, Al. It was only after a double take that I realized you had less facial than Bigfoot. So let’s not start with name calling.

    2. A little less facial hair, who said Glenda didn’t properly groom.

  16. So are you calling a federal bankruptcy lawyer a liar?

  17. Glenda didn't call anybody fat, dumbass. I did. My name is not Glenda, and I am not a robot.

    1. So are you the one repeating everything people type? Sounds like a robot to me. Maybe a Glenda robot.

    1. Oh yeah, “The Whistleblower” is doing a fine job. Except she only reports on the people she is trying to destroy. She leaves the real criminals (her staff) alone.

  21. Glenda says she choose not too put 40 or 50 pays of info on her blog until she knows the outcome. If the news had been about anyone else she would have posted the 40 to 50 pages, plus about 10 additional paragraphs of her own BS opinion. Keep up the good work Glenda. Your credibility is shot anyway.

  22. Folks, I think we need to give Glenda a break for the weekend. She has been run through the mud this week. She really thought she had herself a gem in con artist Jeffreys. Unless she posts some nonsense today or tomorrow you guys lay off until Monday. She knows how stupid she looks right now, no need to keep telling her.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Exactly, because there's all kinds of substantiated, well-documented records of Jeffreys being a con artist. And also, in her defense, Glenda is not the one that brought anything up about Jeffreys to begin with.
