Forfeiture - Ana's favorite word

Blogger Comments:

Folks, we totally agree that an individual and a business should be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Keylogger software was installed on my office and home computers in late September 2016.  My files and records were copied, my emails were printed, and pictures of documents were also taken.  The Straightline office was raided on October 5, 2016, and computers were taken, along with multiple electronic media, whistleblower documents, office documents were taken along with a case I was assisting on with an attorney.  A lot of my property wasn't returned and probably never will be.   I am not under an ongoing investigation regarding the whistleblower or the Straightline business.  In other words, Ana give my property back.  What are you afraid of, that I will implicate you in all your dirty deeds?  To late. I already have. I am not alone in having my property taken and never returned.  Several months ago, we did research on Alabama Public Notice | Alabama Press Associationwww.alabamalegals.com

I was surprised, to say the least, that so much property and so many vehicles had been seized.  Multiple folks told us that they had never received their property back.  That is because of the current laws that allow corrupt sheriffs and their goons such as Blake Robinson, Bones Wilson, and Justin Powell to wreak havoc in our county.  I want my property back.  It would be nice to get some of my property back that isn't broken and unusable.  I don't expect that to happen since the Sheriff and her goons do not return property.  Should the bill pass people will hold onto their property until they are convicted in a court of law.  Sound fair and balanced to us.

We encourage each of you to search the alabamalegals.com for the past seven years and see the amount of property Franklin and goons have taken.
