SIX THINGS TO TELL YOURSELF DAILY:

Six things to tell yourself daily, Ana.

6.  I am not going to jail.

Type 'yes' if you agree or send us a nasty Anonymous comment which we will ignore.

  1. I don't like to see politics mixed with prayers. Ever. But I do know for a fact our Sheriff who has stolen thousands should be praying right now. Don't steal cash...don't invest into convicted felons car lot's with federal money. Not right. Please don't even think about running again. Time up!

    1. I'm pretty sure she'll have to actually be charged with an actual crime, before impeachment is possible.

  3. I see Ana Franklin is buying into that Hugh Freeze (former Ole Miss coach) type of Christian faith.

  4. On the latest video to come to light, J Coburn, one of Ana's buddy's, has screwed up AGAIN. He has had a promotion since his last federal lawsuit for excessive use, now he has done it again....who do think you are....GOD?

    1. I told myself that I would not comment, but I will make an exception to the ignorant above post.. If you seen the same video that I did and had any knowledge of Law Enforcement, you would see that Deputy Coburn handled himself very well. Nobody was hurt, he done so many things right in this situation he should be commended. Society, learned behavior, smh. If the child had been taught to respect authority at a young age this incident would not even happened. What was Deputy Coburn to do anonymous? Let the children assault the owner, assault him, start a riot!? When he placed the juvenile under arrest just turn her loose, because she didn’t want to go to jail!? Since your so good at this job why don’t you respond, better yet why don’t you come on and show us how to do it. Oh wait a min you’re to afraid to even put your name on a blog. Umm I’m certain you can’t do it. You would be fired for being a coward.

    2. Before y’all start I meant TOO afraid.

    3. I think the previous poster's concern has to do with Coburn having a reputation of escalating situations to physical force unnecessarily. The video I watched didn't capture the beginning of the incident. Other deputies would be more likely to have the benefit of the doubt.

    4. I agree 100%. Don't obey the law and face the consequences. Don't blame it on the cops. They have a job to do. Don't follow rules and this is what will happen.

  5. Ok Chad, everyone knows Coburns temperament and arrogance. So do you have evidence of the happenings before what was posted on line??

  7. Just like our high and almighty Sheriff has. Face the music. What's a cop supposed to do being put in that position? Do the right thing...make the arrest. I don't know the deputy in the video but he clearly did the right thing.

  8. All the cop haters need to give it a rest. This happened in an establishment where children were there. Don't be an idiot and you wont get arrested.

  9. Anyone with any real law enforcement experience will see and know that this Deputy handled himself as well as can be expected in a bad situation with a child who should have known better. This child was of similar size to the Deputy. Bad situation handled well and no one was hurt. I think it is pretty clear to see everyone trained and experienced in these situations is defending his actions and I hope my doing so does not get him in trouble. Bad situation caused by bad circumstances and in almost all situations stupid = ticket or jail. I wish the best for this young lady but all those who say she was treated unfairly are just enabling her bad behavior that much more. Sometimes law enforcement can do intervention without arrest. This was not that time. The good Samaritan who assisted to further help prevent injury to both the officer and the arrestee, good job! Thank you for helping do the right thing.

Uh oh, don't do it Rick! You know your Boss doesn't like this particular Deputy, if you start defending him, she's liable to cut you off.

    2. Glenda is not my boss as you might like people to believe. And further more I can say that there was an event that occurred that Glenda was not happy about but to my knowledge Glenda knows and agrees fully that the Deputy acted appropriately under the bad circumstances he was in at the time. But thank you for your concern.

    3. Don't confuse sarcasm for concern.
She ain't your boss? Who is? Where you working? Where's your money coming from? Exactly.
Maybe you're just living off your wife/ex-wife/shack-up?
