Blake Robinson Power Hungry - Making His Mark on World - One Blunder at a Time

According to our sources, this is what happened.

Blake was called to the scene of an accident on Highway 36 in Morgan County last Monday night.  The driver of the vehicle that called for assistance was not injured but called 911 for assistance because the driver of the second vehicle involved in the accident left the scene of the accident.  Robinson found who he believed to be the driver of the second vehicle involved in the accident broken down a mile or so down the road.  Robinson promptly placed handcuffs on the Hispanic driver of the second vehicle he believed to be involved in the accident and placed him under arrest.

There are just a few simple steps that Blake missed being ignorant of the law in incidents of hit and run w/no injuries.  The penalties for leaving the scene of an accident depends on whether or not someone was injured or died at the scene of the accident determines the severity of the penalty of law. If you leave the scene of an accident involving no injury you could be charged with a Class A misdemeanor with fines in excess of $6,000.00 dollars.

What should Blake have done?  Find out why the person left the scene.  Did the person leave out of fear?  The man was Hispanic and may have just left because he was in shock?  Was the person authorized to be in the U.S. legally?  We do not know why the man left the scene.  There has been no account by the sheriff's office why the man was arrested.  Should Blake have written the driver a citation for leaving the scene of the accident and send the completed report to the Morgan County Investigative Divison for further investigation?  The report will eventually be submitted to the State if things happen the way they should.

Even in the event that you leave the scene of an accident that causes injury or loss of life in an auto accident he/she could be charged with a Class C felony and if convicted you could spend up to 10 years in prison and a hefty fine.

Now if your name is Timothy Alan Hall and you are sentenced to 15 years in prison for MANSLAUGHTER and you rub noses with Sheriff Ana Franklin and her eldest daughter and her husband Ana will request an in-house hold from the DOC and allow you to walk the streets of Morgan County and the City of Decatur for up to 18 hours per day.

Blake finds the vehicle of a Hispanic man and arrests him without question.  Committing what is called a false arrest.  According to our sources.

By the way, did you know Blake Robinson was involved in the break-in of the whistleblower office, he event had to take pictures while the even was occurring to prove to Ana that their illegal acts were underway?  The break-in of the whistleblower office occurred one week before the legal search warrant was signed.  He also promised to take on the FBI on the sheriff's office front steps.  Blake is arrogant.

  1. Are you saying the "Hispanic" man was involved in the wreck, or not?
Was there evidence to believe he was the one involved in the crash?
If there was reasonable evidence, what did the deputy do that was "illegal"?

    1. The hispanic was involved without question. However, state law does not allow you to make an arrest if there is no injury. A citation was all that should have been issued. Which explains why the charge has been dismissed. The magistrate and the DA determined there was no probable cause for arrest. Don't worry, the victim and WHNT 19 will explain further.

    2. Hello Blake / Manuel you are enjoying your last bit of freedom by trying to stir up strife only proving the point you are a desperate criminal that much more. We know....Ana goes down you all do. Your trip to try to redeem yourself did not work so well did it? It did not for Ana either so no worries. Nice try!

  2. You say it's a Class A Misdemeanor, and he shouldn't have been arrested? Are you implying that folks committing a class A misdemeanor should not be arrested, for things like sexual misconduct, trespassing, third DUI, or third degree domestic violence.
As someone else has said before, I guess you think your readers are idiots, your fake outrage over this is evident.

    1. State law gives an officer right to arrest without warrant on three charges: Domestic Violence, Dui(Wreck), and shoplifting. Leaving the scene (without injury) is not a legal arrest without warrant. It is a CITATION. Call Ana and ask, even she knows that! The deputies on scene knew that it was not legal. But, Robinson knows more than the miserable deputies on patrol.

      Delete
    2. Another thing! If it were a legitimate arrest, why would the charge be dismissed by the district attorney's office?? They will not prosecute on a false arrest. They actually know right from wrong and have integrity.

    5. Wow, Blake has come out of the closet to try to defend his false arrest. Comment while you can. Won’t be long and the freedom to do so will not be yours.

    7. Robinson is a moron as evident by him trying to defend himself as he is above. And he is an investigator???? This is a part of the reason Ana is going down. She listened to total idiots like Steenson Bones and Robinson who are all so much alike.

    8. Add Blake to the polygraph challenge. Ana Bones and Blake for polygraph and drug test. What 3 do you want to call out to do the same from the Whistleblowers Ana? Ana can’t do it. Blake can’t do it. Bones can’t do it.

    9. Blake screws up a simple misdemeanor and makes yet another bogus case which is shot down by the DA and he thinks he can call out the FBI? Then he wants to comment on here about pill head etc. Zero credibility just like the rest of Ana and thugs. Berzett and Livingston being Captians for a short time to come can’t even shut up Robinson and his ignorance. Go find a alligator on your jet ski river rat!

Opioid abuse in this country has became an epidemic. Many times it starts as a simple prescription for an injury or as a treatment for depression or anxiety. All too often it consumes lives.
    Always use medications as prescribed.

    1. I wish Ana and Glenda could be drug tested. Ana would fail on opioid and marijuana. The rumor of Glenda on drugs started with a man who sucks up to Beli and desperately wants to be sheriff. A coward and a liar. Bili is a coward. Franklin trust Bili, Livingston, and Corley about as far as she can throw them. Stop the bullshit and find out who the rat is sharing info with the sheriff. Who is the fence rider? Bili, Corley, or Livingston? All of the above.

      Delete
    2. So who sucks up to Bili? You mentioned everyone else’s name

    3. The way to stop opioid abuse is to stop treating a medical problem as a criminal problem. Police won't have it though.

    4. Glenda on drugs? I haven't heard that, but since it's on this blog I guess it must be true?
Remember, take prescriptions as instructed and don't operate heavy equipment or firearms while under the influence.

  4. Don’t defend Glenda she would not waste time on this. She has proof of how the sheriff feels about the deputies and her command staff. The question is who cares? For someone dopped up and drunk everyday and every night she has information Franklin does not know exists.maybe someday people will care enough to listen. So who is the drunk and pull popper? Who is the guy that started the lie to begin with, and who cares? Ana and her goons care.

  5. All I am curious is when will this rotten mess end? The state and the feds have enough to put this corrupt Sheriff away for a very long time as well as her kin, and those closest to her. Don't drag anyone else through the mud but this psychotic person ruining Morgan County. Enough already

  7. I hear the one making promises to Bili was a Decatur PD Officer (Sergeant) for umpteen years. There is a reason for this...A fence rider in law enforcement is no good. A want to be Sheriff doesn't need to be making promises to anyone before he hasn't even started campaigning yet.

    ReplyDelete
  8. Well against better judgement and since a buddy calledabout this comment I feel I need to end a rumor. I was a DPD sergeant for 31 years and not umpteen years. Even though I know who Bili is, except in passing at a funeral we have otherwise never spoken. Not by text, email, snail mail or carrier pigeon. I have not promised him anything for I have nothing to promise. Since my name has appeared on this blog in the comment area a few times in the last week it appears that someone is concerned about me running for the office of sheriff. That’s your right, but if you want to speak with facts instead of rumors please feel free to call or text me at(256) 260-3424 and I will be glad to answer anything you may have heard truthfully. I eargerly await anyone’s inquiry. Let me add that in the last election everyone ran a clean campaign, if you want to run my name in the mud feel free. But I challenge you to make the call or text to set any rumor straight. Randy Cavnar

I guess at some point calling me weak is suppose to make the ground shake under my feet. Let me know when that’s suppose to happen. So anonymous I put my name to my comments you don’t while you point fingers and say weak. Funny juvenile stuff. Give me a call the offer stands. Try FB the offer stands. Randy Cavnar

Why attack other candidates for Sheriff? Does Glenda have a secret agenda? Sure looks like it. It’s almost as if Ana was able to have Glenda play right into her hand. 18. This blog only exists for one reason, to insure that Ana Franklin is not re-elected as Sheriff. From the old al.com forum, to the FB page starwatch, and now whistleblower blog.
Glenda's personal vendetta fuels it. She has successfully brought together a group of people with that same goal. They all have their own agendas and feel they were wronged in one way or another, without a hint of personal responsibility.
Whether it's a deputy who lied and placed his fellow officers in grave danger, or a female whose filthy mouth couldn't be tolerated any longer, or one stealing hundreds of documents, they all have the same vengeful desire.
Current employees have been followed, harassed, and even confronted in public places.

Their time is coming...It's called Karma and Psalms 64 1 Hear me, my God, as I voice my complaint; protect my life from the threat of the enemy. 2 Hide me from the conspiracy of the wicked, from the plots of evildoers. 3 They sharpen their tongues like swords and aim cruel words like deadly arrows. 4 They shoot from ambush at the innocent; they shoot suddenly, without fear. 5 They encourage each other in evil plans, they talk about hiding their snares; they say, “Who will see it ?” 6 They plot injustice and say, “We have devised a perfect plan!” Surely the human mind and heart are cunning. 7 But God will shoot them with his arrows; they will suddenly be struck down. 8 He will turn their own tongues against them and bring them to ruin; all who see them will shake their heads in scorn. 9 All people will fear; they will proclaim the works of God and ponder what he has done. 10 The righteous will rejoice in the LORD and take refuge in him; all the upright in heart will glory in him!

      http://www.newsmax.com/FastFeatures/no-knock-raids-SWAT-facts-figures/2015/06/19/id/651434/

According to the article 10% of police raids go to the wrong address. Also from the article there are 20,000 raids every year. That's 2000 botched raids. This site estimates the number to be even higher as they claim there are between 50,000 and 80,000 raids a year. So that's 5000-8000 botched raids.

      http://www.theamericanconservative.com/articles/when-swat-raids-are-routine/

"We went on a ride-along, and we raided a home and recovered a gram and a half of weed, and the team told us that drug-search warrants are actually only 50-50—and they find stuff only 50 percent of the time."

Cops are actually human, and sometimes make mistakes, but the "wrong house drug raid" stats are exceptionally small.
I'd guess you smoke weed and don't like cops, and I couldn't care less if you do, but your own opinion doesn't make it legal.

They made a choice knowing they were going to enforce unethical, unjust, draconian, and even non-Christian like laws such as marijuana prohibition.

You might call the numbers exceptionally small but I call a 10% failure rate of a paramilitary deployment that endangers everyone alarmingly high.
