Greg Steenson has been charged with two counts of forgery - Will others be charged as well?

Folks, Greg Steenson has been charged with two felony counts of forgery as well as an array of other felony counts.  The below documents are hard to read so I have written two of the paragraphs below to assist you in the read.   Greg Steenson could not have acted alone in the buying or selling of vehicles.

The Title Marts had a Designated Agent aka an Appointed Agent.  That agent was Alyssa  Franklin.  Alyssa was the Designated Agent for the car lots.  She was chosen by the managing broker to act as an exclusive agent of the seller or buyer.   If Alyssa Franklin was the designated agent for the two vehicles in question she to has committed felony fraud just as Greg Steenson did.

Document DU6-1990

Paragraph II simply states "Gregory Ray Steenson, also known as Gregory Steenson, also known as Greg Steenson, whose name is to the affiant otherwise unknown, did with the intent to defraud, falsely make or complete a written instrument, in violation of Section 13A-9-3 of the Code of Alabama/ against the peace and dignity of the State of Alabama.

In addition, Paragraph V of the document reads "On or about July 28, 2015, Gregory Stevenson did submit to the State of Alabama Department of Revenue a written instrument purported to be an application for a certificate of title to a motor vehicle to-wit: one 2014 Chevrolet Silverado truck, vehicle identification number 1FT7W2BT1FEC30352.  The owner's signature on the truck was falsified.

  1. I think the whistleblower is right, and it is highly likely that Franklin actually signed the documents.

  2. So, you are accusing Alyssa Franklin of a crime, a felony even. Last I heard she is a private citizen, not an elected or appointed public official. My goodness, your attorneys must love you and your slanderous ways.

    1. Was a question not a statement of fact. Read back and see the word “if” and also the fact that Alyssa was the designated agent is public record. Easily looked up. Statement of verifiable fact and a statement saying if this occurred is not slander.

    2. Is she trying to claim immunity like her moma

  3. Well, second anonymous, the operative word in the blogger's comment is "IF", which renders the whole thing as non-accusatory. Merely a 'just suppose' kinda comment. By the by, next time you consult your correspondence course legal dictionary, find the difference between 'slander' and 'libel'. --yet another anonymous.

    1. You can't even comprehend the drivel you write. You stated, as a fact, that she is the "designated agent", then you state that "if" she is the designated agent, then she has committed a felony.
Clearly an accusation. Run it by your attorney, word for word, and he'll agree.
I know full well the difference between libel and slander, I just think slanderous is easier for most folks to understand.

  4. I don’t think the whistleblower is accusing Alyssia Franklin of anything, merely asking a what if question. Here is something to ponder. In order for a business to become a designated title agent with the State of Alabama at least one person from the organization has to attend a two day school on the laws regarding titles. You can find this information on the states web site. Wouldn’t you like to know you attended from the Perfomance Auto sales, Priceville Partners organization. At least one, maybe more.

  5. By the way we know Ana denied any involvement with this company but Alyssa is her daughter who did work for this company and was a designated agent for the company. Maybe Ana did not know her daughter worked for the company when she invested $150,000 of inmate food funds. Anyone believe that spin?

  6. What an ignorant little troll you are.

  7. Alysa is the one who signed my paperwork as well as steenson

  8. Someday, Rick, you'll look back on all this mess and wonder how you allowed yourself to be duped, lied to, and made a fool of, by this obviously mentally ill troll. Good luck, but surely you understand YOU have ruined any chance of working in law enforcement. You might ought to look at going back to Florida, where you might not be looked at as a pariah.

    2. Pariah only to those who will soon be in jail or otherwise out of office. I’m quite content right where I’m at but thank you for your consideration or concern. And by the way calling me a troll while hiding behind anonymous is pretty weak at best. Have a great day I have other things to do better than chatting with a worried anonymous.

  9. Greg was not supposed to, I don't think. But once Alyssa became a Designated Agent and got an ETAPS account, he probably logged on using her credentials.

  10. So Alyssia was the agent who forged the paperwork?

  12. Any time the truth comes out on this blog it pisses off Ana and her goon squad. Funny shit

  13. I think Glenda’s statement was very clear. “If” Alyssia Franklin signed the documents she is guilty, if she didn’t there is not a problem. At least that’s how I interpreted it.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Let's review, Glenda said "Alyssa was the Designated Agent", then she said "If Alyssa was the Designated Agent she to (too) has committed felony fraud." This statement only calls into question IF she was the agent, after Glenda herself stated such as fact.
This, in any court room, would be seen as an obvious accusation of Alyssa's guilt as the agent. Courts don't speculate on what a defendant "meant to say", only the words they actually use. If I were an attorney (I'm not) this seems like a pretty easy libel case, as she is a private citizen. If I were ever accused in this way on this blog (I haven't been), I would seek counsel immediately to file a libel lawsuit.
Maybe the failed drywall hanging troll really is too stupid to understand her own words.

  15. Anonymous... You call Rick a Pariah? Ana is the pariah. Ask any enforcement officer in her department. Don't ask the Berzetts, the Blakes, or any one of the 10 on her side. Ask the REAL law officers.

If Ana or any of her clan think she will make it to the next election, they must suffer from mental illness. Then, I hope each and every one of you apologize to Rick, Glenda, and whoever else you have tried to discourage. You all say that Rick and Glenda are "delusional". Maybe you should set up a meeting with them and see the documentation and evidence for yourself. Don't set yourself up to be an idiot, when you could see mind-boggling evidence that could make you see the light before it's too late.

  16. If ana only knew the number of her current employees that have jumped she p she would be running around with her pink handcuffs like a crazy lady trying to arrest whole department. Truth comes out once again and her groupies go nuts.

  17. I certainly can't speak for any other anonymous poster, but I am not worried at all about who the Sheriff of Morgan County is, as that has exactly zero affect on my livelihood. I come here for sport, it fulfills my desire to call out trolls, idiots, and especially liars. Y'all have that in spades.

    1. This statement is obviously not true. If it had zero affect you would not be a cowardous little lawyer who thinks she has the corner on the market. If this statement was true you would not hide behind anonymous as you do. I do have much to loose but you keep this up you may just get called out. That would not do you or your hubby on Lee St. very good would it? Both of you are very close to this and would absolutely not do well with being known. Remember all the law enforcement are on the side of Rick and Glenda. You both need them with your jobs.

    3. Some things are best left for the right time and place I am sure. Anonymous demanding or badgering the Whistleblowers to come forward with what they have is pretty foolish. It’s pretty obvious that the Whistleblowers are the least of Ana and her closest should be worried about. I know I would be as anxious as it gets waiting to be arrested if I was in their positions. Corruption through and through has been exposed.

  20. She has tried all to arrest whistleblowers...to no avail. 175 felonies...really ana. Hilarious

  22. I want to hear the Ana thugs use more big words and spew more. Quite comical. They will be comedian of their cell block. Maybe between the state guys and the Sheriff’s cronies rolling they can get private cells as part of their plea for mercy. Immunity isn’t going to cut it. Why has all these civil cases that are out there not happened yet. Have the civil cases been put on hold pending the criminal cases?

  23. Is it legal for a convicted felon to do title work on vehicles? How could Greg make as much money on what he has but still not paid on reembursing those he defrauded before this Ponzi scheme? Bet he didn’t pay taxes anymore than Ana. Was Ana in a relationship with Steenson also? Y’all know they are related right? Why has Ana quit with riding her horses and acting like a rodeo expert? Oh yea also want to know is her and Wilson friends with benifits ? Is the rumor Robinson is trying to get on with Hoover true? Inmates still getting special treatment depending on what they are willing to do and keep quiet about? They still letting the drugs in? Task force still taking money without arresting people? So many bad runners. Wonder if the truth will come out. These can’t all be false. People in jail and out are certainly talking. That group of ladies who came in asking stuff needs to come back and talk when everyone back from working. It is amazing that the ones doing the locking up are worse than the ones they lock up.

    1. The "ladies who came in asking stuff" just agreed to drop all but two of the remaining sanctions of the consent decree. I guess they have seen the ACTUAL evidence in the jail, and agree that no violations have taken place.
Your little house of cards continues to crumble, better get some fresh lies going, it would be a shame if Glenda's funding dries up.

    2. Yep look at Decatur Daily. Bet the lawyers or agents or who ever the ladies are come back again. If they are paying Glenda good. You have all these new jail cops fooled cause they young wannabes but it’s obvious other than the crooked cops they have like in narcotics they have lost the rest of the employees. Too many people asking questions for something not to happen. These jail cops think they are real and many were selling or using or both just befor they got here. Prison is much more like right than this was in there. Glad to be out instead of being ripped off by that crook run store. Habits worse in jail than outside. Repeat trips or not it seems we all know what’ wrong. Rodeo clowns running it. It’s all about the money in court and jail.
