This blog is not about hatred of those in law enforcement and of those that work as contract labor within the sheriff’s office. We do not agree with some of the comments that spew filth and hatred but those comments work both ways. Some nasty things have been said about the whistleblowers yet we do not remove the comments. Every person has a right to speak their mind in our great country.
As to the comments regarding sexual harassment against two MCSO employees if the rumors are true those two men should be fired sooner than later. Even if the rumors are not true Sheriff Franklin has a long history of forcing those out that she considers undesirable and to allow those closes to her to wreak havoc and criminal acts.
Our blog started out to rid the county of corruption within the sheriff’s office. Those individuals supporting and/or performing criminal acts on behalf of Sheriff Franklin has placed themselves in a tough situation. Those employees in leadership positions who have stood idly by and are aware of the criminal actives committed by a few bad men and women are as much at fault as the person(s) committing the criminal acts. For goodness sake, you people are law enforcement, your job is to serve, protect, and abide by the code of conduct. You people are sworn in to uphold the law.
Clearly there are some employees that are not sworn in that should also be accountable for their actions as well.
As to the comments about HR being responsible for leaks within the sheriff’s office that sounds like to me Sheriff Franklin may be ready to terminate or force other employees i.e., some of the clerks to resign or be fired. The sheriff has taken these same actions on multiple occasions because she convinced herself that the employees were talking to the whistleblower’s. In each incident, the sheriff was wrong.
A lot of employees have filed complaints and many more should have. What the sheriff should remember is that she can’t control employee gossip and every situation that occurs within the sheriff’s office or in Ana's world. For the sheriff to control information coming out of the sheriff’s office she will need to fire every dang employee. The sheriff may want to start weeding out some of the ones closest to her. The sheriff should be old enough and wise enough to know she cannot control gossip.
We remind the sheriff that when she hired her common law son-in-law he had been in jail multiple times before and during his employment at the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office. It wasn’t her employees who ratted the sheriff out for hiring Stebbins. It doesn’t take long to do a little research to see if new employees have a criminal record. Yet, the sheriff fired employees she believed talked to the whistleblowers.
As to the sheriffs claims that the whistleblowers have been in her home, stalked her, followed, her tampered with her truck, horse trailer, or whatever claim she makes that is outrageous. The sheriff’s attempts to shut the whistleblowers down with her dumb ass plans to send an informant into an office and take items and place Keylogger software on computers with no legal right to do so compounded the sheriff’s troubles. If the sheriff had any evidence to prove her claims the whistleblowers would be under the jail. The sheriff is a liar who has told so many lies she does not know the truth.
Finally, if the sheriff is LYING to a Federal Judge and her Attorneys about ongoing criminal investigations on one of the whistleblowers that is a significant issue for the sheriff. Our informants tell us that the sheriff is lying to delay the whistleblowers day in court. That would not be the first lies the sheriff has told a Federal Judge.
