Franklin plans to announce her bid for reelection

Sheriff Ana Franklin plans on announcing her bid for reelection of Sheriff of Morgan County, Alabama.  Franklin was heard telling her supporters that she had to rid herself of several situations so that she could announce her bid for re-election.  The whistleblowers are part of Ana's bucket list. We have proven time and time again that Franklin is a liar and has stolen money from the inmates food funds.  Which much to her sha-grin she admitted.  Being held in contempt of a Federal Court Order is a big deal.

A lot of people are frustrated that Franklin's punishment isn't enough. Why challenge the decision of a Federal Judge or any judge for that matter.  Once the judge renders their decision we/she accept that decision.  This aren't the only charges that Sheriff Franklin will be addressing in the future.  She will be addressing issues on medications prescribed to inmates and the medications the inmates actually received. She will be addressing investigations outside her realm of control.  You remember the ones that she claims the now U.S. Senator Luther is helping her with because she has him wrapped around her little finger.

Ana no disrespect but that finger ain't so little these days.  None the less, Franklin is in spin city and as always Ana and her two best girlfriends will keep making their nasty little comments on the blog because of the truth that comes out on the blog.

We will continue blogging and look forward to see the comments from our readers.  We intentionally allow anonymous comments on the blog because it is apparent that you really really love us and can't get enough of the blog.  Thank you for the comments.

  1. Franklin has a way that she can get everyone to agree and believe she replaced the money in the inmate food fund when all she did was put some money to the side in an account and call it food money. I wonder if that same account will still be there 3 months from now. She is laughing her ass off at you guys.

  2. So! the money didn't go in the bank? I don't get it. If it is a way to screw us i believe it. Where is Darrel Childers in getting us out of the shit Ana got us in. Is he gonna fun for sheriff. Most the deputies think Cavnar is a reincarnated Ana. He will sat on his lard ass and point a finger. He don't have any energy. He has never been in a jail.

    1. I got the same vibe from Cavnar. Childers to me made the most sense.

  3. I look forward to not voting for her again.

  4. Running down candidates from the last election hmmm a new twist. Let's see childers came in third Cavnar a distant second. Cavnar worked a Decatur for three decades and was a supervisor and never saw a jail? Really? I would think he a childers saw the jail because they actually arrested people. Neither of those two come close to being like Ana. This is the Ana clowns talking.

  5. There you go again, you say she stole money from inmate food fund. Are you saying she stole money from herself, then paid herself back? Because the federal judge and the Atlanta lawyers say the money is hers and always ways, just as outlined in Alabama state law.

    1. The judge did not rule or say the money was always hers!! If that were so, she would not have been ruled in contempt. What the settlement means is that there is no longer a need for the order. Therefore, she can now legally use it for purposes other than food like it was before the previous judge ruled that it could only be spent on food.

    2. Yes she stole because the law in effect said she did so.

  6. Please remind everybody that there is so much more to come...blah,blah,blah.

  7. Glenda, please tell your readers how this is just the tip of the iceberg, or how Ana will be running for the border. Maybe tell everyone how she broke the laws, but hmmm the federal court didn't agree with you. Oh well scratch that one. Please share some more of your inside information, it is always so accurate. You are a raving lunatic, pop another pill and go too sleep.

    1. The judge ruled she did not obey the court order and was in contempt! How is that not breaking the law? Everyone with common sense can see she stole the money. The readers of this blog remember when proof of her theft was published here; she then called herself returning the money to avoid being held accountable by the court.

  8. I find it rather humorous that my name has come up and I've not even announced that I am seeking the office of Sheriff. I am use to name calling I was a police officer for 31 years. However I do take exception to running down me as an officer. I may have a lardass (that's s first for me it's usually worse) but I assure you I have seen inside a jail more times than I can remember. Also I believe and practiced as a supervisor being in the field when admin duties of the day were completed. As far as the energy? Nothing a cup of coffee can't cure. I wasn't supercop nor the best but I was honest and worked hard. Knock me personally all day long but I'll defend my career. To whoever runs I hope the campaigns are as clean and professional as the last election. Randy Cavnar

    2. Hey, you forgot, Glenda said she is running for sheriff!
Imagine it, sheriff Glenda Lockhart and chief deputy Rick Sherman, what a team!

  9. Well, Glenda and Rick, it looks like this food money thing is settled. What's next?
Spin us a grand tale of lies and deception. Gotta keep the hate train rolling along.

  10. Again comical! Glenda is not running for Sheriff and I am not trying to be a Deputy Chief. It's amazing how much mud is slung at many here. These comments lack fact. We see Ana and coconspirators in other media. We see many of the facts discussed here in other Media but none of the desperate mud slinging with opinionated sarcasm full of speculation. I have said soon for way to long. Accountablity is coming but not soon enough. There is much more to this story but I am taking a back seat to all of this pretty much now. Just sitting back waiting for it to unfold. But there is no doubt if there was anything I could do to help or see the wheels of justice move a little faster I would. All the bashing going on is to be expected but my continued involvement on any level is certainly not driven by greed, revenge, or power like that of Ana and coconspirators but of justice and standing for what is true and right. None of the facts reported here have truly been disproven yet rather through Ana's settlements and admissions they have been proven true even by Ana's actions. What she says and what she does are two different things completely. I along with many others will be here as it happens and long after this saga with Ana and her pack of criminal thugs is long done. However, with the truth and facts of what has happened coming out more every day the end is easily predicted. The wheels of justice are slow! It has taken longer than most have imagined. Many people's lives have been ruined and many suffer from the power this Sheriff had but is loosing more and more every day. Threats and intimidation have not worked. False statements and mud slinging have not worked. Lies and other conspiracies have not worked as planned. Ana's efforts are not working but only causing her and those few with so much to lose who stand with her to sink deeper. How could making deals and pleading guilty to those things she has be a victory for her in anyway. She simply continues to wiggle further into hot water with her admissions of guilt. There is no way to spin this with facts to say anything about what has been said as not being true. Time will tell and I along with many others who stand for the truth will still be here when all this is over no matter the cost which has been far to great for some. So Anonmous sling your dirt I am still here and unlike Ana I am not having to plead guilty to anything in court. Nor is anyone who has been or is currently directly affiliated with this blog. Call me a fool, bash me or others all you want with your opinions but facts speak clearly. Proof is much more than accusations and attempts to humiliate. You few that choose to act in this manner are by far the minority as the citizens of this county are by in large good people who are every day coming to see and learn the truth. And yes there is much more to come! If Ana continues to settle and admit guilt to that which is on the horizon their is no way she and those with her will be where they are today. Change is coming. Significant change is coming and it will be very difficult times to rebuild the Sheriffs Office for those who will be in power, whoever they may be to accomplish. Everyone stand strong and continue to do the right thing. Change is coming. Truth and justice is what people want not Ana's political and legal maneuvers to attempt to minimize the facts and truth of what she and others under her control have and continue to do. No more manipulating or avoiding the truth. No more lies and deceit or backhanded or illegal acts. Just do the right thing. Surely by now Ana and thugs know they are caught. Many more facts will be learned as they are reviewed in time that have still not surfaced but will. No grand tales only more facts. Food thing is only in part settled but is far from over. It was partially settled by Ana's admission of guilt. Keep on settling and admitting guilt as the coming issues in this saga arise.

    1. Oh yeah,I forgot that when Glenda claimed a few months ago, that she was running for sheriff, it was a bald-faced lie.
      My bad.

    2. I agree with you Rick, it is very comical to think that Glenda would run for sheriff, or you could be a chief deputy. It was Glenda that claimed she was running for sheriff a few months ago. Guess that makes her a liar. Imagine that.

  11. Well lookie here, Ana pleads to being in contempt of court. Yet her BLIND supporters say nothing happened? Would a deputy who plead to this still have a job? A corrections officer? Would we as citizens want them to keep their jobs? NO. Yet the deflect crew is here talking about everything from Ana won, to Rick and Glenda to the past election. How STUPID is that Morgan County? The sheriff was found and admitted to being in contempt. That's isn't a shining star of being innocent and is neglectful conduct on a Sheriff. The blind eyes are alive and well in this county.

  12. I wouldn't really call it a "win", but it could have been far worse if the judge and the attorneys from Georgia had not agreed that parts of the consent decree shouldn't apply to the current sheriff, and should have been lifted years ago.
Read the words, they clearly state they didn't have a leg to stand on, legally. Judge Kallon ruled on the law.

  13. Judge Kallon ruled on the law by removing paragraph 22, as it shouldn't have applied to any sheriff after Bartlett. I guess the court wanted the civil contempt because she didn't seek clarification earlier.

  14. So Melt, since Ana chose to take defying the court order and after seeking a legal opinion you consider that above board conduct The sheriff has shown by her actions to take money rather than first to do the right thing and challenge the issue in court that she will do as she pleases. She has shown that money matters more to her than taking the matter to court first and if she was in her mind so right to take why hide it? Why mis lead with changing stories to the public she serves? MELT on that a while. Yea we really someone that is misleading as our county's chief law enforcement officer. No Integrity and she has Melted the trust from the public keep your blind eye shut while others in the county are beginning to open theirs. When they open their blind eye it shows that Ana Franklin is full of deceit and all about the money. That is serving for all the wrong reasons something she said she would never do when she first ran for Sheriff or has your memory Melted on that. I'll never take the food money like Bartlett did and I'll be the most transparent sheriff ever. Her actions speak louder and MELTED her campaign promises.

  15. Her thugs are mudslinging at good HONEST people who abide by the laws. Any Sheriff would be better than what she has done to our County...anyone with morals, honesty, integrity, able to follow the laws, care about the road deputies instead of trying to get rich...whether it be Darrell, Randy, Price or my dog Buster. Anyone with any moral value could do a much better job. Melt on that

  16. Hey Glenda, there is a terrible pothole on Spring Ave in Decatur. It has to be Ana's fault, let's see how big of a story you can spin it into. Ready, set, go!!

  21. Let's see, she paid 1,000 dollars to have access to 160,000 dollars. Seems like a win to me. One other thing, I noticed has has increased by 2 pennies over the past three days. All Ana's fault, it has to be. Let's start a story about it. Let the spin begin.

  23. Just because the penalty wasn't stiff doesn't mean Ana franklin won. I had respect for Kallon, but he has faults like most folks. Let us all look at the finality. Ana is guilty as charged. She's a piece of shit like we always thought...to reduce her finality by her punishment really is bird seed. Look at at the bigger picture, she's guilty and her followers hang on to the only thing that's available, her punishment...kallon, that's a disappointment when you look at the track record. You know and I know we have a problem and you turned a blind eye. Ana knows it too. She'll suck everyone dry to live comfortably before someone else becomes appointed the thief...way to go kallon on setting an example, smh.
