Comment on the Selma Police DepartmentWhy would the Attorney General,s Office,as well as the FBI,investigate the Selma Police Department and but not the corrupt ALEA, Sheriff Ana Franklin, and the corrupt Priceville Police Department.  I was informed by someone in the Governor,s office, that we have a new A.G.and so I should try again.  Maybe the MCWB should go to see the new A.G.and if there is nothing done ,do as I am going to do and see Governor Ivey or someone in her office.

Whistleblower Comments:

The whistleblowers are completely comfortable that Sheriff Ana Franklin and those who conspired with her to commit crimes know that they screwed up big time. Well thought out investigations take time to conduct.  An agency that does not follow through with the who, what, when, where, how, and why criminal activities occurred in a law enforcement agency is not worth his/her name as an investigator.

While on this earth we have nothing but time.  The only people who are complaining and trying their best to drag up stuff about the whistleblowers are the people who will eventually go to jail.  Will it happen today, in a week, in a month, or within a year?  Who knows?

Until that time the corrupt law enforcement surrounding Franklin and those who have served and protected Franklin instead of the citizens of our county must live with the fact day after day that their time is coming.  Those close to Franklin tell us that she is a wreck.  She lives in fear day and night of what she knows is coming her way.

It does not bother us in the least that Franklin and her co-conspirators are sweating bullets. They deserve every worry about an outside investigation that they have every single day and night.

What these people have done is not a mistake it is serious felony crimes.
You call Rick Sherman a dead beat dad.  Someone who isn't willing to work.  What do you know?  Franklin conspired to get rid of Rick Sherman, Hayes, Turk Jones, Doug Key, Hundley, Davis, Bailey, Staten, Anderson, Childers, Carr, and many more.  Franklin gets rid of employees as a sport while she keeps people who sexually harass employees and inmates.  When a person is forced to resign or be terminated from a job that they have enjoyed for years it is a tremendous loss and it takes a hugh toll on the employee.  You grieve over the loss, you become angry, you are humiliated, you feel worthless, and it takes a lot of time to heal from the loss of the job and the experience of being fired.  The actions Franklin has taken as sport are also demeaning to the employees.  It doesn't stop there in Franklin's world.  Once Franklin has humiliated these employees in front of their employees or peers she sets out to ensure that getting another job in law enforcement is very difficult on the individual.

I would tell those of you that will laugh at this blog, make your nasty comments, and dog the people who have lost their job that you would understand if it ever happened to you but I would be wasting my breath.  So! instead I will tell you that you will have a loooooooong time to think about this later.

Can you guess who the pictures depict.

  1. There's one deputy on that list that I wish Franklin would get rid of. Had an encounter with him a few years back. Even though I violated no laws he proceeded to stop me and fish for something illegal. It was nothing more than a shakedown. The whole police state "Where you going? Where you been? What are you doing?" routine. I know my rights, and I have enough sense to never answer questions without a lawyer present. Exercising Constitutional rights only angered him and he gave the "We can do this the easy way or the hard way" line.

He said the reason he pulled me over was because I ran a stop sign. As anyone that has ever ridden north on Apple Grove Rd. and turned east on Union Hill Rd. knows there's a Yield sign, not a stop sign. Plus he was already gunning across the Union Hill school parking lot to get to the road to chase me down before I even got to the intersection.

When I called him out on this lie he tried another one. That I didn't use my blinker. I did, then I called him out again for already coming after me with his blue lights before we even got to an intersection. He couldn't think of anymore and just said "I'm not going to sit here and argue with you."

What proceeded after that was calling in a drug dog, getting aggravated even more when I didn't consent to search, and getting ticked off when the drug dog alerted and the deputies never found anything illegal. Then they all berated me for wasting their time, as if I pulled them over.

It bothers me when the people we should be able to trust are habitual liars. It really bothers me when they show such contempt for a citizen's Constitutional rights against unreasonable searches and self-incrimination that many brave men and women gave their lives for. It bothers me even more that they do it without hesitation in the presence of a church, God's house.

I won't name drop him now but I will if I need to. Here's a hint. According to this blog he has a penchant for wrecking County vehicles and even had his own legal troubles fairly recently. Apparently he has an arrest record (at least 1) larger than mine (0).

    2. If true, then good in his case. Even blind Ana can occasionally find a nut. I can't speak on the others so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.

    2. More diversionary comments. As I read this stuff I wonder if it's Ana herself.

  3. This blog has told the truth and uncovered some really tremendous evidence against the leaders of our County. Theft, Federal crimes, just to name a few. Trying to down those that have lost their jobs over her reign of terror in office need to stay strong. There is an end to this madness. It wasn't their fault in most cases...she was planning this entire fiasco as this is what happens when an inexperienced Sheriff takes office. Yes it is sad for all who have been railroaded but I would much rather be in your shoes right now than those who committed these evil acts.

  5. What would you call it? They say the department is in a world of mess. (From very good sources) People are scared to be pulled over by anyone...There are a few good souls left...it's a darn shame. No honesty, no trust, stealing inmate food money to pad you and cronies wallets. This mess needs to come to an end...sorry truth is truth. Game Over

    1. Almost all the Deputies in marked vehicles are good guys and real. It's the dress up not real Deputies and the criminals wearing badges in Ana's gang of criminals that are the ones to worry about but not for long.

  6. This is not nearly as childish as it is criminal and outrageous. As more and more of this comes out our votes for Ana were worse than those who voted for Obama. Will Ana get away with as many crimes and more as Hilary ? This needs to stop. Confident at this point from everything I have heard she would not come close to winning an election if she does not go to jail. And Ron Livingston joining the Republican Party is a joke and a disgrace to the party. Can't wait till these criminals are gone and our Sheriffs Office can begin to recover under the watch of someone else.

  7. No one would like to see this corrupt greedy woman go down anymore than her victims, especially the innocent, good people. There is however the possibility that she will get a slap on the wrist and a lecture. It all depends on the character of the judge or the lack thereof.Hopefully he will throw the book at her,and Mrs. Lockhart will win in her suit against her.Everyone keep their fingers crossed, and prayers would certainly help.Corruption is cleaned up one crook at a time.
