Ana, asked a friend - CORRECTED

It has been brought to my attention that I mistakenly called Blake Robinson by the name of Blake Wilson.  That is easy to do since Blake and Bones appear to be conjoined at the hip.

Where did I go wrong?  Everybody hates me.  I can't even go out in public without being asked about this bulls***.

We can help you a little on that question Ana.  Everybody had high hopes for you when you went into office.  A new beginning.  What a surprise you have been.  Oh! You definitely have the gift of gab and everyone just fell in love with you.  We had a right to. You made a lot of promises on change, restructure, and building a strong viable sheriff's office for our growing county.  In other words, we believed in you.

Less than two years after taking office your true personality and colors were already showing within the sheriff’s office.  You pushed good people out to bring your daughter in as an employee.  The Decatur Daily's Ms. Marsh busted you on that issue and many others.  Ms. Marsh saw your true colors from the beginning.  It took a little longer for some of the others within the county to take their rose-colored glasses off.

As for hating you.  Hate is a strong word.  I don't believe anybody hates you.  They don't respect you and they have no reason to.  You took an office within the county and disgraced the position of sheriff, you brought in Larry and Pam Berzett, the Goodwin's, Zivett, Ron Livingston, and of course you had Bones, Blake, Justin Powell, Steven Ziaja, and Hilda to surround yourself with.  They were buffers for lack of a better word.  Your protectors.  You had then State Attorney General Luther Strange, and then Governor Bentley.  Nothing could stop you.  You made that abundantly clear in open staff call that you could not be touched.  So! Ana nobody hates you.  They lost respect for you and that is far worse than hate.

As for not being able to go out into public because the public wants to know what really happened.  You can continue telling anyone who will listen that you have done nothing wrong.  That isn’t why you can’t go out in public.  Those words are just your scrip that you must stick to while acting out the part of innocence.  The real reason you can’t go out in public is because of your humiliation.  Your humiliation comes from being caught and not from embarrassment and guilt because of what you have done to yourself, your employees, the county reputation, the citizens, the men and women who have been set up and wrongly convicted of crimes far less worse than the things you and your corrupt employees and ex-boyfriend and lover have done.

You met with the informant along with Barney Lovelace, your half a&&ed attorney, Bones Wilson, Blake Wilson, and Justin Powell and conspired to commit a crime. You broke into an office and installed keylogger software on office computers, took files, and videoed the office a week before you obtained a legal warrant.  You paid your informant to do your dirty work because your intent was to take out the whistleblowers.  After your conspiracy to commit a crime you then obtained a legal warrant to collect information you already had.

You seized computers and made duplicate copies of the hard drives and then kept the computers in an unsecured location for nine days before you had them transported to the Guntersville Forensics Group.  Tell us what you did with the duplicates.  We know already but why don't you just share a little information with the public that happens to be the truth.

Now I ask.  Does this performance sound like something professional law enforcement officers engage in?

Last but not least is the definition of conspiring.

  1. The sad part about this mess is i am sure or hope to think this woman ana had high hopes. Ive heatd she is sweet as a button. When she wants to be. On the flip side of this she has surrounded herself with non law abiding thugs who saw opportunity. Eithet way you slice it she allowed all to happen...money spent out og several accounts...proof is there. Dirty cops should not be wearing badges...setting people up...killing over 30 innocent dogs...one a golden retriever named aubie.

  3. Does it ever get old repeating yourself over and over, and posting replies to your own comments?

  4. Glenda and Rick are at the peak of the mountain, they've gotta milk this consent decree for all it's worth, there's nothing beyond it.

    1. Your comments are the epitome of when the truth hurts. Your comments lack substance. Let's discuss when Ana "peaked?" How she "milked" the MCSO through any account she could put her sticky fingers on. Doesn't it get old when you constantly read the truth and repeat your pointless comments? Crying over a crooked sheriff won't make her look any better.

    2. Let's talk about when Ana franklin "peaked." Milking all the money out of any MCSO accounts she could get her sticky fingers on.

  5. Rick is only a reader on the blog now. Still involved and still helping to ensure the truth comes out. But I know that there is a great deal more than just the $160,000 first uncovered and the $150,000 addressed by the Judge in this Consent Decree case. There is a great deal more money and behind the scenes deals made. So much more yet to come out. All things in their own time. The peak of the mountain is not anywhere close. No milking anything, just sitting back and waiting for the inevitable.

  6. Rick, sources tell me you're lying. Sources say you conveniently tried to distance yourself from this blog just before the hearing in family Court in Shelby county. Sources also say you were right there, shoulder to shoulder, with Glenda during the last hearing.

  7. I was there and will be again in the cases yet to come and the ongoing cases. I am not lying about anything but yes I am in family court. And it is still not over. I was shoulder to shoulder with Glenda in court. I am not hiding and I am certainly not lying. I have not written a blog in a long time as I did for so long.

  8. Hey Rick Sherman, you got a job yet? Maybe you're still holding out hope that you'll work in law enforcement again, maybe even be a deputy. Here's a tidbit for you, any potential employers will do a simple web search for Rick Sherman, guess what they'll find. Nothing on the internet every really goes away, this is your future, your legacy.

    1. I rather be a part of standing for the truth as it is exposed than to hide behind badges and be the criminals these people have become. Your opinion is just that. Your opinion. What has been discovered and reviled on this blog and proven true over and over again and continues to be in court is what matters. Ana and Barney said we were going to jail. Who has gone to jail? We have not and will not. The inevitable is coming and your febal attempts are pretty sad. I am done with this. I have no need to justify anything. The truth and what is happing is exactly what has been said from the beginning and soon everyone will know it. The attempts to silence everyone has backfired. The attempts to blackball people does not work any longer. The truth is coming out and no matter what happens from this point nothing will stop this from happening. If it causes my career to be ended I will have left with my head held high. Although all of this is far from over and has barely even begun, this conversation with Anonymous Ana supporter or the like is over. If you are one of them that will soon be out of a job, I wish you no ill will. I just look forward to you and Ana being gone and the Sheriff's Office beginning to heal and get repaired after being so ruthlessly ruined by greed and ambition. It suffers from so much more than just criminal acts. Lurther Strange did not do his job and let our county and state down. Those days are over. This long ordeal is certainly coming to an end. So much more coming out daily. I will stand tall reguardless and do so a free man. This is much more than those involved with this will be able to say.

    3. Wonder what Ana is going to do when she doesn't have a job? When she gets out of jail and any potential employer will do a simple research 20 years down the road, what do you suppose they'll see? After all nothing on the internet really goes away, right? That's a two way road. Putting Rick and Glenda down doesn't make what Ana has done right. Rick and Glenda are law abiding citizens. Just because your miserable and offended that they have assisted in bringing the truth out doesn't make what goes on in their life lessen or change what Ana has done. It's pointless banter.
