More to Come

Folks, we are still going through dozens of documents we found.  We will publish the data that may be of the public's interest as soon as we can.  We can share a tidbit of information.

Did you know that Sheriff Franklin's dad earned a little over $26,000 for odd jobs at the Title Mart.  Ethics Violation?

Did you know that daughter Alyssa Franklin also earned a little over $26,000 while working for the Title Mart.  Ethics Violation?

Did you know that Sheriff Franklin borrowed $5,000 from the Title Mart?

Did you know that Sheriff Franklin invested $150,000 in the Title Marts?

Did you know that Sheriff Franklin is a relative of Greg Steenson?  According to billable Barney in his statement to the press Franklin knew of Steenson and his history but did not realize he was a part owner.  Hum!  Maybe this is why MCSO employees are dropping of the payroll like flies.  Another example of the sheriff not doing a little bit of investigating.  Franklin said she dealt with Mr. Jeffreys. Seems odd that Mr. Jeffreys did not explain to all of the investors who the other owners were.  It is hard to believe that cousin Greg did not brag about his part of the ownership to cousin Ana.

Did you know that Sheriff Franklin sold a pickup truck to the Title Mart (would be interesting to know where she got the truck), bought a bucket, bought a tractor, and a 99 Sundown Sunlite Travel Trailer which has not been paid for

Did you know that Sheriff Franklin's dad bought several vehicles from the Title Mart?  Ethics Violation.

Did you know that Deputy Robinson bought cars from the Title Mart?  Ethics Violation.

Did you know that Deputy Robinson made $38,000 from the Title Mart, and that he and Ziaja each received a percentage of the $38,000?  Ethics Violation.

Did you know that Deputy Mason bought vehicles from the Title Mart?  Now this is disturbing.  Ethics Violation.

Did you know that Special Agent Steven Ziaja who works for the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency sold approximately 30 vehicles to the Title Mart?  Ethics Violation.

Did you know that Special Agent Steven Ziaja who works for the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency was paid over $224,000 by the Title Mart? Ethics Violation.

Did you know that Special Agent Steven Ziaja sold a tractor to the Title Mart for 38,000?  Hum!  Let me see if I can put my thoughts together on this one.  Ziaja sold a tractor to Title Mart for $38,000 and Franklin purchased a tractor for $15,000.  Are you thinking what I am thinking?

Did you know that Special Agent John Venegoni, Steven Ziaja's first line supervisor was paid over 26,000 from the Title Mart and also worked for Title Mart?  Ethics Violation.

Did you know that Morgan County Drug Task Force Officer Robert Wilson (aka Bones Wilson) invested $100,000 to the Title Mart?  I wonder if he used the money that we talked about before that was said to of been hidden from the divorce until one of the honest MCSO employee ratted him out?  Ethics Violation.

Did you know that Bones also received checks from the Title Mart upwards of $27,000?  Ethics Violation.

No wonder Billable Barney is jumping up and down wanting to know who the whistleblower is.  Relax Barney you can’t really blame these highly intelligent law enforcement officers getting involved in a tiny bit of unusual unethical business.  Look at it this way.  You are raking in the billable hours.

Greg Steenson has filed for bankruptcy, is losing his home, has had at least three attorneys quit on him, and lost his wife and a girlfriend along the way.
