Folks, this is truly a sad day. Corporal Karen Davis submitted her resignation to the MCSO on March 22, 2016. We believe Corporal Davis began her carrier with the MCSO in 2002. Corporal Davis loved her job. Before we go any further we thought it would be important for you to know that Angela Hundley was terminated a couple of days after she reported her 3rd occurrence of cancer to the MCSO. Angela blamed Larry Berzett for her termination. Angela and Corporal Davis are twin sisters. We got to know Angela, she fought hard to overcome her cancer in hopes of getting her job back. Unfortunately, Angela lost her battle and succumbed to the disease. It is also important to note that Angela and Karen are people of color. One thing was evident to Angela, Larry Berzett did not care for her. We have complaint after complaint that Berzett does not follow proper protocol. We have heard that when you get on Berzett's wrong side he will break any and all procedures to get his way. Back to Corporal Davis. You may recall we blogged on Corporal Davis previously. Corporal Davis is the commissary worker who cooked a turkey during the holidays in the jail kitchen and was written up a few months later. We also heard of incidents of Berzett yelling at Corporal Davis, embarrassing her in front of visitors. There is far more to this story than meets the eye. Corporal Davis was a long term employee who did not have problems with any of her peers. We understand that Corporal Davis was the employee of Warden Bradley and not Larry Berzett. We tried to contact the Warden Bradley about the resignation of Corporal Davis but was unsuccessful in our efforts to speak with him prior to posting the blog. We feel strongly that since Bradley was the first line supervisor of Corporal Davis it would be inappropriate for us to speak to Larry Berzett. In addition, where the heck was Bradley when all of this stuff was going on. Did Bradley agree with how his employee was being treated? We would love to speak to Bradley. Isn't Bradley also a person of color? How many people of color now work for the MCSO? Larry is there a reason why you transferred a long term employee from the job position they held for years into a position directly under your control? Isn't it true that your wife Pam Berzett also works for the sheriff's office now? Isn't it true that you recently moved the female corrections officer that repeatedly tazed an inmate who was on the floor to the clerks office? Great punishment for the tazing. Didn't you allow the male corrections officer who repeatedly tazed two inmates to resign vice being terminated. We hope that someday we will get an answer to some of these questions. In the meantime another corrections officer is out of a job.

Folks, we apologize for this blog being published yesterday way before it's time. We have an over zealous new person taking notes and keeping us informed while we are out doing research.  We had some fantastic caring folks help us out on the information below.  Again, we apologize for premature post.  We could have allowed the over zealous individual to resign or be terminated but since we do not get paid for our efforts we chose to ignore this error and look to the future.  What would Ana Franklin have done?

We want to also go one step further before getting to our corrected blog.  Did you know that three inmates were accidentally release Thursday afternoon, May 26, 2016.  Folks, Ana Franklin was pissed off.  Not necessarily because of the accidental release.  Franklin and her thugamuffins were scheduled to be on the road early, traveling to Dallas, Texas on the morning of May 27th to participate in a horse and pony show.  Instead of getting an early start Franklin had to come into work to clean peoples clock.  Hum!  Damn those MCSO employees delaying Franklin and her thugamuffins trim.  Oh! did I mention some of these thugamuffins work for the MCSO.  Will county vehicles and gas cards be used to hall there horse trailers and fill their gas tanks?  At least the commission isn't having to pay for horse lodging and feed at the Priceville arena until the party returns.  Correction we know that Ana did not attend the activities in Texas, why we do not know.  We stand corrected.

Oh! One more question.  Franklin why didn't you alert the local new channels and your friends at the Decatur Daily?  Just wondering....

Do you folks remember our blogs on Andrea Whisenant Rutherford who tazed the inmate who was compliant and on the ground.  The male corrections officer involve resigned rather than be fired.  We recently found out that Andrea Whisenant married deputy Rutherford.  Rutherford also was convicted of a DUI.  He is also the nephew of Larry Berzett.  A double standard.  Did Berzett intentionally ignore the DUI?  Just as it was when Alexandria Berzett used the NCIC database to conduct a background check on her baby's daddy.  Sgt Hayes reported the incident involving Alexandria Berzett.  Hayes was placed on a six months leave of absence.  Two weeks unpaid and the remainder of the the time was paid administrative leave.  Another interesting note on Corrections Officer Hayes is that she was also the first line chain of command supervisor for Jonathan Stebbins.  Jonathan Stebbins is the common law son in law of Franklin. Stebbins was hired by Sheriff Ana Franklin.  At the time Stebbins was hired he had an offense of a 1st degree felony.  Stebbins entered into a plea agreement to enter the drug program and once he successfully completed the program the felony would be expunged.  He is the daddy of Alyssa Franklin's children.  Stebbins was arrested on additional burglaries and contempt of court while working for Sheriff.  He worked a total of six weeks before being allowed to resign without proper notice.  How lucky he is to know his common law Mother In Law.  Sometimes it isn't what you know it is who you know.   Alyssa Franklin, employee of the Performance Auto Dealership, who claims that she is owed money so she shows up to each of the bankruptcy meetings.  We are pretty sure it is on a fact finding mission for mother Franklin, Daddy Warbucks Ziaja, Bones, and Venegoni.........

Now back to Andrea Whisenant Rutherford.  Whisenant tazed a complaint inmate; her punishment was a promotion to the second floor of the sheriff's office.
