Who is Deputy Tony Fetner

Several folks have asked us to check out Deputy Tony Fetner. Most of the MCSO deputies have no clue who he is.  We checked him out on FB and lo and behold Tony Fetner's FB shows that he works for the MCSO.  

We have seen him driving a MCSO cruiser.  He had his camper parked at a local camp ground and his MCSO cruiser was parked adjacent to the camper.  He told a patron at the golf course that he was providing security for the golf course on the same premises.  

Tony Fetner now has his camper parked on Steven Ziaja's property. We have noticed visitors going in and out frequently.  So! Again, who is Tony Fetner?  Inquiring minds want to know?
