Morgan County Sheriff's Office Tensions High

Many of the MCSO employees say that the tension is so high within the MCSO that you can almost cut it with a knife.  On the other hand the employees do not appear to be the least bit surprised of their Commander in Chief's involvement in the Title Marts. As you know, we are not the least bit surprised either. Tensions are high because many of the employees question where does all of this leave us?

We have been reporting on the Performance Auto Dealerships for several months.  We knew that Franklin was involved in the dealership as was Steven Ziaja.  The Performance Auto debacle was like a cat and mouse game.  We had to sit back like everyone else and let the sands of time begin to tell the story of who all of the players are.

It is our personal believe that we have not heard the full and complete stories of Franklin's and Ziaja's parts in the dealerships.

When we speak of the Priceville Partners, LLC, Performance Auto Sales, and the Title Marts it is overwhelming to think about the amount of money that allegedly was paid to Greg Steenson and to some degree the Jeffreys for investment opportunities.

Much of the business is hard to believe because the Priceville Partners, LLC was legally set up and verified through the Business Entity office for the State of Alabama with all members of the partnership verified. This includes the removal of Ben Jefferys as one of the partners.  All investors approved by Harold Jefferys would have legal binding documents prepared by Harold Jefferys attorneys.

To say the least these issues will continue to grow over the next few months.
