Posse Blog 1 of 2

It is not our desire to take away from the young children and the young ladies that participate in the MCSO events.  However, we do not believe that many of the donations made for special needs and other events are going to the intended recipients.   We believe the donations and proceeds from the events are being used in an elaborate pet project.  We have already proven that a lot of the cost for attire has come out of MCSO funds and not posse funds.  Now we know why.

NOTE:  We are blogging only a small portion of the extravagant attire and more purchased by Ana Franklin for the posse/rodeo events.

You are about to find out why Franklin has not equally distributed  proceeds from the posse and rodeo, as promised, to each of the offices within the sheriff's office.  You will see how the money for special needs events is spent and how the donations are distributed to pay for Franklin's pet projects.  Why Franklin is a no show sheriff.  Why the special need donations and other donations do not exceed $2,500.00.  You will also see why Franklin and Berzett need their high dollar vehicles that has nothing to do with MCSO work.  The MCSO employees have been duped and cheated out of their share of the rodeo/posse funds as promised by Franklin after being sworn in January 17, 2011.   Each year the spending for the posse/rodeo event has gotten more and more elaborate.

The amount of cost for the rodeo gear, rodeo queens, rodeo attire, chaperons, belt buckles, saddles, horse blankets, travel, lodging, gas, rodeo shirts, belts, hats, cowboy boots, leather jackets, vests, rodeo queen gowns, interview dresses, and deputies being pulled off of their regular jobs to attend both in state and out of state rodeos and events is staggering.  Forget the $400,000 figures some of our sources relayed to us.

Copied from the Alabama Horse Talk

"The Morgan County Sheriff's Rodeo serves as a fundraiser for the Morgan County Sheriff's Office and Posse"  and another interesting quote.  "The Annual Rodeo celebrates the cowboy way of life and the cowboy ethics"  NOTE:  FRANKLIN'S VIEWS ON THE COWBOYS WAY OF LIFE AND ETHICS DOES NOT REFLECT THE VIEWS OF THE REAL COWBOY WAYS.

NOTE:  PLEASE IGNORE THE CAMERA DATE IN THE LOWER RIGHT HAND CORNER OF THE CAMERA.  IT IS NOT MAY 02, 2016 YET.....

Who is paying for the elaborate horse gear, rodeo queen attire, Franklin and friends attire, travel and lodging, air fare, MCSO vehicles on travel, gas and more?
